These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of assure4edu.com (the "Site"), operated by Assure The Educator's Agency, LLC ("Assure," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about Assure, our institutional partnerships, the WE CARE Campaign and opportunities for professionals. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any insurance or financial product. Insurance products are offered only through licensed professionals, in states where they are licensed, and are subject to the terms and approval of the issuing carrier. Please also read our Disclaimer.

Using our forms

• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit only information you have the right to share.
• By submitting a form, you agree that Assure may contact you by email, phone or text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• Submitting a form does not create a partnership, an employment or contracting relationship, or an agent-client relationship. Any partnership or professional relationship requires a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• submit false, misleading, spam or automated form entries;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that run it, or interfere with its operation;
• copy, scrape or reuse the Site's content except as these Terms allow.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, graphics, logos and design of the Site belong to Assure or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Assure and its logo are trademarks of HFG, LLC (Heritage Financial Group, LLC). Insurance carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify carriers we work with; their use does not imply endorsement. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Assure makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Assure and its owners, officers, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Assure from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county where Assure's headquarters is located, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
